Whenever I have been in contact with the team to discuss a strata related matter they have been professional, prompt and knowledgeable in providing me with advice in all aspects of strata. The team at Strata Dynamics are wonderful! They're pleasant and very helpful going above and beyond to provide excellent service every time I contact them.

Contacted them by phone to order a body corp. disclosure statement. The lady who answered was lovely, however, was unable to help me. Not her fault as she is obviously learning the ropes. However, after fifteen minutes I was finally able to discover that unlike nearly every other company in their space, they are unable to process body corp. disc. statement requests over the phone - you have to use the online portal. This is because there is a fee of $110.00 for the service and they can not process this over the phone due to lack of credit card facilities. I was then sent an email to activate my account. The system is totally automatic, and wait for it - I was charge over $113.00 with fees for processing and credit cards.
Strata Dynamics - here is an idea - if you are going to charge over $113.00 (for a $110 report) then maybe, just maybe you should look at providing some customer service.
