Being a small sub-company within the PICA Group, I find Strata3 has the best of both worlds, access to ‘big company’ facilities and services (the community portal is amazing!), with the ethos of a small boutique business. Matt and Lisa are amazing to work with and have demonstrated a wealth of experience, knowledge and professionalism. Other large companies tend to leave you wondering if they value your business, but Strata3’s personalised approach is really refreshing and you can see they really work hard for their clients.

In the past 3 years as treasurer on the Huntington Estate Body Corporate Committee I have had to contact Matthew more often on procedural matters and with his professionalism, knowledge and support he has made my job as treasurer easier.

I am a member of a body corporate whose committee had some reservations around the level of service we were receiving from our Body Corporate Manager. We elected to speak to Strata3 for a second opinion. The Strata Manager was extremely professional we received some very detailed guidance with regard to a complex matter. The response from Strata3 included some very detailed recommendations as well as some "big picture" information that put the whole picture together for the committee. The advice was practical and supported by a comparison to a previous matter and how that played out. The advice created a great outcome, I couldn't recommend them any more highly.
