Terrible service. They hardly know anything about the calculations. Had to go there twice for a simple insurance adjustment. First time, one of the agents gave me a wrong quote; I calculated it myself and then again went there and then at the second time, another agent understood their mistake and fixed it for me. Disgraceful!

I wonder, do we pay money to receive the worst service ever from this company, I really disappointed at this store, the staff member was not updated and always saying to me how did you get this how did you get this. At that time, I thought I fell in really dangerous and terrible problem. At the end,when he asked other staff, he found the system was updated. I think some staffs need to be waked up when the update comes.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced to time. First of all, I was with medibank for three years and had been going to the Queens st branch. The staff was absolutely bad at customer service. One time I was trying to add my wife to my cover and the lady who served me did not tried to help me at all. Instead, she was glaring at us the whole conservation when we were trying to figure out what plan would suit us the best. At times, she would roll her eyes at our question!

I was extremely upset at their customer service. For those people wanting to join Medibank, I would advise them to reconsider! Lastly, they also dont have a numbering system in store so 10 customers would wait at a time and we have to keep track by ourselves who is next.

The customer service is the worst. I went to the store to make a claim during the lunch break and only 2 staffs were available. When I walked into the shop, the two staffs were chatting. They kept talking even when they've seen me walking into the shop and standing at the door. I had to stand at the door for a while and wait for them to finish their chatting and laughing. What a customer service! I was with Bupa, I've never experience such bad service at Bupa next door.
