Be prepared to waste your time. Waited weeks for an appointment, took time off work to go, waited over 45min, no apologies for running late, wen queried, the respond was 'you ARE next'. When I declined to reschedule, receptionist simply went 'ok bye'. Other people's time are just as important. A simple courtesy letting patents know they are running late would suffice. What a disgrace.

I had a great experience. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful in tracking down my referral. The dermatologists were extremely thorough. Excellent standard of care - highly recommended.

Left me waiting over an hour with no apology until I just couldn't stay any longer. No warning about them running so far behind either. Waste of time.
