I was really nervous about having my laser hair removal, but I had nothing to worry about. The staff were lovely and very professional. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing service, very thorough, friendly and professional! Staff are all lovely and their prices are great!! I had an amazing experience with Cher, can't wait to go back again! Highly recommend Silk Laser Clinic at Prospect! You will not be disappointed!

Each time I go to get my lips done I leave extremely happy with my results. I see Cher every time and she's always so informative and easy to get along with - perfect for anyone getting a treatment done for the first time! I recommend her to my friends all the time :)

The staff at Silk Laser Prospect are very helpful and professional. I had never had laser before and the staff made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect.

Going into SILK Laser @ Prospect was bitter sweet. I was so excited to finally be getting laser hair removal done on my legs, however when I got there I was told this was not possible. Unfortunately I have psoriasis a skin condition similar to eczema, and they advised that Laser was unsafe for my skin. I did ask for a second opinion however was given the same answer. Both ladies that saw me (I think their names where Sarah and Jess) were very polite and professional. They advised they could work around the areas however they admitted that this would probably be a waste of money, I was very thankful for their honesty. I will definitely go back to Prospect to get my underarm and bikini done, I hadn' t prepared for this on the visit.
Overall, walking into Laser Prospect, the feeling is a very warm and friendly environment and I would recommend to anyone. My daughters aged 12 / 10 will be going there to get laser in a few years.
