No idea what the food is like as we didn't stay after being reprimanded for not reading the fine print on the vouchers we had. Would not honour the vouchers as we had not booked, despite the place being nearly empty.
Was not a pleasant experience being told in a rude tone, "It CLEARLY states that you have to book, we're trying to do Uber Eats too, there are only two of us here today and anyway we only make $7 out of those vouchers". I'm not sure how it was relevant that there were only two of them there, as if we had stayed and paid full price the same two people would still have had to do Uber Eats and prepare our food! And I thought the point of offering vouchers was to entice people to come back and to spread the word about your business? That's worth a lot more than four x $7 vouchers.
Had we been spoken to politely and not made to feel like an annoyance, we might well have stayed and not worried about the vouchers, or come back another time with a booking. But the appalling lack of customer service and professionalism guaranteed that we will never return. Perhaps they don't want the customers?

The guy who served us was extremely rude, to us and to the people before and after us. Made us feel like we weren’t welcome. The food was average considering how long we had to wait as well. Definitely will not be returning.

Bit pricey but not dissapointing. Had the hotdog and cheese fries and all were very good.

This American Retro themed dinner is very beautiful and iconic! The food is mouth-watering, very delicious and you have a lot to pick from!!! The service is great!! The staff is so good to talk with, very friendly and really good attitudes! If you walk in friendly, put on a happy face and a good attitude, you'll get on with the staff beautifully! :D Its hard to find friendly people like the guys and gals at Sugar Shack!
