I loved the fresh flavours, all the tapas we had were awesome and that was the closest paella to the one i had in Spain of any that I've tried in Adelaide, soooo good. The staff were lovely and helpful too, they must like they're work, the blonde waitress who served us was all smiles. I'll definately be back but with more friends this time so we can try more tapas.

Used to be 5 star, with a fantastic range of tapas, paella and sangria, and some more unique food like silky smooth hand made pasta with rabbit.
But the menu has shrunk. No more rabbit pasta, and half the tapas range.
Some key tapas are MIA, like the palate cleansing cauliflower in vinegar, and the chorizo in cider. The ones that are left seem to be predominantly crumbed and deep fried.
Still a good place to go. But it is now on par with other options rather than being somewhere fantastic.

We visited on a Monday night. Pretty busy, which is always a good sign for a restaurant.
We ordered a couple of tapas from the extensive tapas menu as well as the paella to share. The tapas were good (I recommend their lamb empanadas.)
Not so sure about the paella. The flavours were good but it was more like a dry risotto than what I thought a paella was supposed to be. There was no crusty rice on the bottom.

Took the 7 dish tapas menu for $40pp. Highlights were by far the eggplant chips and calamari, let down a little by the excessively fatty pork and dry sausage. Biggest complaint was that there was no salad to balance out the somewhat greasy/heavy dishes. Overall nice atmosphere and friendly service, would happily come back.

Enjoyed the food tastes while eating there, but several hours later and our stomachs are still uncomfortable and complaining as they recover from the overload of oil that permeated everything. This establishment would be better suited to a light luncheon than as a dinner destination - you don't have to eat so much (so can limit your oil intake), and wouldn't be quite so overwhelmed by the bright lights and noise levels within the small, crowded room. We couldn't hear each other speak, but I guess it's lively - as we discovered, it could be more aptly regarded as a cafe, albeit at restaurant prices. People kept banging into my chair as they walked past, but the staff negotiating their way through the small noisy crowd were friendly and accommodating, if not particularly attentive. It was nicer when they turned the lights down later in the eve, but that was only because they were about to close. Oh well. Go with a gang of friends so that you can yell across the table to each other.
