My new go-to place in Adelaide for a beef bone broth fix!
A delightful little restaurant of around 40 covers. The clean, simple elegance in the table settings carries through into the presentation of the delicious and authentic dishes.
We ordered the Kimchi Jeon (kimchi pancake), which was crispy and full of flavour. The Dolsot Bibimbap came in a heated bowl that scorched the rice that came into contact with it, rendering the rice crunchy and slightly burnt, like finding the socarrat at the bottom of a good paella. The chef herself came out to mix the bowl up, stirring in the gochujang to our diner's taste and absolute delight! The Seolleong Tang (Ox bone broth with slices of beef brisket, rice cake slices and potato noodles) was full of the kind of flavour one gets only from very, very slow cooking.
We also ordered a pot of tea for two, and were told we could have it topped up when we required. The service was friendly and warm.
We had a very satisfying meal, and look forward to coming back for the grilled meat dishes and the chef's signature dish - the Dak Manul (pan-fried chicken, marinated in crushed fresh garlic, with special soy sauce).

If you enjoy food, this is a great place to go.
Love the tofu soup and the dumplings, although it's difficult to choose when it's all awesome. Ask the staff, they know the menu and will help with whatever your taste buds desire.
