EFM gym Payneham is the best gym I have ever joined and it's the first one I don't just donate $ to.
I have been going 3 mornings a week since Feb 2017 (the time of my midlife crisis).
When I went for a visit I told Callum I hate all gyms !!! Actually now that is not true I love this one and Callum is such a great motivator and PT. The early mornings are fun and I alway feel 100% better for the day.

Callum is a great coach who can alter the workouts for whatever you're looking for. He is always happy to chat about your fitness and nutrition goals. The different programs every day keep things interesting and fun. A great club!
