Great trainers & facilities for all fitness levels. Very welcoming to new members & visitors, highly recommend. Be warned though, it is very addictive.

Great atmosphere with top quality instructors and equipment. Always clean, super professional and members are very friendly, always making you feel welcome. If you've been thinking about trying crossfit, you should talk to these guys.
