Our strata group has only been managed by JE White's for a few months. It has been a smooth transition. My dealings with the staff have been positive and they are always responsive to my emails. The price seemed reasonable for body corporate management.

This year we have had the worst service from our Strata Manager at JEWhite's. We had some major issues that we had no choice but to chase up ourselves as we received care factor ZERO, when there was a flood at our property & was told it would get looked at after this Strata Manager would get back from annual leave. After his return never bothered to contact us at all. He just forgot all about it. Appalling service.
We should actually get at least half of our management fees credited back to us, as we paid you for a service that we did not receive this year.
At the General Meeting, we had stated that we are putting your service on probation.

The staff are always friendly and helpful with answering any queries, communication is very thorough whether you prefer contact via email, mail or SMS, you will never miss a meeting with their useful reminders.

JE Whites property management team are the most professional property managers i have ever dealt with. They are always available for questions and are quick to respond with answers and resolutions. Their cheap rates are great too!

We have been with Whites for a number of years , with our unit complex in Salisbury , and we have been more than satisfied with their professionalism in all they do .
