Drink prices are a bit rich otherwise a nice place to sink a few brews with the lads.

I really like going to this venue because they have local music. 4 stars because they only have 5 seeds cider and and not sommersby

Appalling.
I brought 2 international touring bands to perform at the colonel light in April 2016.
12 months later the colonel light have still not paid their invoice and refuse to answer phone calls, emails, Facebook messages and texts.
Not only don't they pay their bills but they don't even have the courtesy to respond
(and I've heard a lot of other acts make similar complaints)
Stay away!

Great Venue, Played here in December last year.
The bar has reasonably priced beer and decent food. The venue is also in close proximity to lots of other food venues.
