I followed Encas posts on Facebook for awhile and they really resinated with me.You see i had done my cert 4 in kinesiology and was still working at my same job and not moving on, this worried me ofcourse as i know that this means i have a block of some sort, and i really wanted to get started.So i went Enca and explained my situation and she was more than happy to help me, gave me lots of suggestions to help me get back into the swing again and feel that motivation i first felt when i started my Kinesiology learning journey. (I personally don't think other Kinesiologist may have been as helpful ). Then the sessions started, what tested up for me was my 10 year old self,so i needed inner child healing work, who would have thought that hay,after such a long time i still had emotion that needed releasing, and something holding me back,it was very emotional for me , i wanted to cry like a 10 year old because i obviously hadn't back then,I love Kinesiology it can help so much, in that we are not consciously aware of these things.I wouldn't have found it on my own. Encas approach is very caring, non judgemental. My soul had a clearing that day.I felt amazing afterwards and hope to help people as Enca has done me .In My New Future. Thank You Enca Xx
