I had a major issue with my bike this morning and took it into Bicycle Express who were flat out but made the time to fix my issue so I could get back home again. The issue with the gear change and chain was fixed and gear changes are better the they have been for a while - I will never take my bike anywhere else in future

I bought a new bike from Bec and she helped me get the best bike for my needs, very friendly service and mechanic Anthony was more then helpful with getting all the components just right. Overall friendly knowledgable staff and good atmosphere.

Bicycle Express is my go-to. Not only do they have a wide range of products, the staff are patient and thorough. I purchased my current road bike from Bec and I love it more and more with each KM that I ride! Do recommend.

Absolutely fantastic range of bikes and brilliant service, Bec is extremely helpful and does an amazing job at providing every bit of information available. Mechanic Anthony also did a brilliant job on the build of my new bike, everything works perfectly.

Never have I found a more enthusiastically positive bunch of people in any retail situation.
These guys have always gone above & beyond what is reasonable to assist my needs. They are more likely to talk you out of a product that is not right for you, than to sell you something you think you want just because you think it's cool.
they are always willing to go the extra mile & always willing to help out, even when not asked.
I could not recommend this shop more passionately to suit any customer from the most knowledgeable, to the first time beginner. these guys will make you feel comfortable & ease with your advice & purchases.
I walk out of there every time with a big smile on my face
