Very helpful and down to earth staff. Great product knowledge and if in doubt staff rang company to check any of our queries further. We researched a few different prams and went to baby junction a few times and each time staff pleasant and very helpful. Provided demos and knowledge on all prams we asked about. Practical and relevant advice given. The store is in a convenient location to visit, easy parking and not overwhelming with plastic baby products. We prefer wooden and natural products. So was a relief after visiting other large warehouse stocked stores. A much nicer experience with good 'old fashioned' experienced service. Thank you to the lovely team for all of their honest opinions and help. 💜🙏🏻

If there were to be a description of excellence in customer service you'd find the ladies from Baby Junction's faces alongside it. These women know they're stuff, are professional yet personable, have a great sense of humour, and are just the best... on top of this, they have gone above and beyond when I've really needed something, and have taken it all in their stride as if it's just what they do. A special shout out to my main ladies, the legendary Kerry and Sarah... our experience at BJ has been what it is because of you, and the owners must be so grateful to have genuine, professional, knowledgeable and all round awesome people like you making it all happen. Thank you.

The service at Baby Junction is amazing. They went above and beyond to help us get a pram. Even shipping it overnight to get it to us as soon as possible. I cannot thank them enough, I would highly recommend them. We went to 2 other baby stores in Adelaide on the same day before we went to Baby Junction and no other store looked after us as well.

By far this store is the best in Adelaide for service, range and price. Being first timers we eagerly went into each of the major brand stores expecting to get all of our questions answered and some advice on what would be necessary. Unfortunately we were sadly met with no service, cheap products and prices that were disturbing. After some advice from friends we went to Baby Junction and were so suprised to get the best service that we have had in ages. Their variety was far better than the other stores put together and their prices were better also. During the two hours that we were there the staff made 3 phone calls to different distributors to get information on products for us and further to this spent the whole time going over pros and cons for different products. We were so happy with their service that we purchased all of our goods there and by doing so were offered discount that equaled more than $800 which subsequently bought me my rocking chair for free. I cannot begin to tell you how happy we were with their service and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase baby items. Ask for Kerry she looked after us and made the whole process so much easier.
