For our trip in Australia, it was the third Britz we had booked a campervan (Darwin, Alice Spring). We ask us to be very nice with us because we were a little bit upset with the poor service of their colleagues in NT. As usual, we were again upgrated with a Maui. The service the (first) day of the pick up was nice and professionnal. Fortunatly, we stayed in Adelaide the same night and we were very very upset AGAIN ! The AC was absolutely noisy, impossible to have the heating systeme and the batteries were again noisy, the vent was not fixed properly.The awning was broken, impossible to use it. So we came back the day after. They told us, the noise from the AC and the batteries was OK and NORMAL. They gave us an electric heater wich was definitly better. But we lost again our time and our patience with Britz !!! We are pretty sure now this vehicle had had an accident and the staff of Adelaide wanted to give it to their colleagues of Brisbane. VERY BAD SERVICE AND VEHICLE. Never give you again my money.
