My mother and father went to this Hotel , they satisfied with everything except one thing that when they wanted to pay off the hotel , the Hotel reception was lost their passports and he claimed to have given them passports while it was in to his drawer , so it caused stress in having a delay .

I'm so pleased with this hotel. Christina is a very nice and kind manager she makes sure all her guests are satisfied and happy with their stay. I am beyond satisfied with everything.
