Generally, it's a bad idea to eat Mexican food in Buenos Aires. This place is an example of why that's true.

Service was absolutely terrible. We know that in Latin America customer service tends to take longer, but this place was just ridiculous.
When we finally got served, we began asking questions about the menu and the waiter seemed completely annoyed, then preceded to walk away without saying anything.
The tortilla chips were disgusting, like someone described they were literally deep fried tortilla triangles.
When our waiter returned we asked whether or not they took credit cards before continuing to order. They did not. They also did not take US Dollars.
We politely told them that we could not eat here since some members of our eating party did not have enough Argentinian Pesos to enjoy a full meal. We never tried the food and we're glad we didn't.
It did not seem very authentic and the waiter's attitude was extremely off-putting.

Jeez! Reading the expat reviews here I expected the culinary equivalent to the hellhole of Calcutta. Typical local take on Mexican cuisine at an unbeatable price. The decor is quite nice, and I didn't notice any above-average slothing on part of my (male) waiter. The seating does suck, though :) Anywhere outside the country, I'd give it a solid 3. Given the Argentine propensity to absolutely slaughter any food that's not beef, 4 stars it is.

The place is nice but the food is not so nice but I do recommend the michelada, one of the bests I had a chance to taste.

The interior is good and the menu had nice variety, but what promised to be a great mexican food was not great. Service was a bit delayed too.
