The downtown Providence Enterprise location did me totally right last weekend! It was Brown parents’ Weekend and I had not attempted to reserve a car until I landed. There were zero cars available in the entire city. But I went in person to Enterprise, they put me on a local wait list, and lo and behold, I had a nice car by 11am the following morning and was able to take my daughter shopping for all her needs. Disaster averted! Thanks to all the local associates working the downtown Providence Enterprise Location. You all rock!!!

Fantastic service at Enterprise in downtown Providence ! The manager and staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Location great and rates good too.

Branch manager Christopher doesn't care about the safety of the renter. We told him that our tire is losing pressure he clearly stated that sorry I can't do anything and doesn't wanna switch us to another location.

I asked him can you please help me to find a same size car he told me that he can't help. Call Cranston location.

Now I am heading to airport on my own time to switch the vehicle for my own safety

Family oriented business in this cooperate world. My butt enterprise you never chance and never will be.

DO NOT rent from this location the manager was not one bit helpful. Made reservations over the phone and brought in a utility bill and pay stub as required, first the balance on the utility bill was higher than there policy requires so I made payment online right away then I once I showed her the balance was paid up she then said I now needed a second utility bill. At this point it was 1 hr after she told me my original utility bill. Apparently not everyone is on the same page there. I wasted two hours here and still did not get the rental.

On arrival, we had a problem with our payment card. The staff went out of their way to find a solution for us and were incredibly helpful and polite. George Sommerville, in particular, was fantastic, as was his supervisor (name unknown) and Paul Jung. Fantastic customer service. Collection and drop off of the vehicle was really efficient along with a great pick-up and drop-off service to the Amtrak station. Cannot fault it. Thank you.
