What a great gym with great coaching and great atmosphere. I learned a lot and they welcomed me in as family while in town for work. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

Ballast is one of the best Crossfit's in the area! Zach and his team are truly dedicated to coaching, fitness and making sure all of his athletes are part of a family! It's a great environment and great is you've never done crossfit! Absolutely Love this place, must go if you're looking to try crossfit, or if you are dropping in!

I have been a member of three different gyms since I started crossfit. Ballast has the best, most attentive coaching. The coaches really want to work with you no matter where you are on your fittness journey. My technique and strength have improved immensly since I started coming here. It is also a great community with people who are motivating and encouraging. I highly suggest trying it out.
