Slow service, waiter obviously had to many tables to take care of considering he was missing for an hour after we were done our food and waiting to pay. Wings barely had any sauce on them(looked rushed), and vegetables were dry and old. Not worth the price

Me and my sister went there to have some good food but it turned out to be a really bad decision. I ordered chicken wings and a customized pizza.
First I received chicken wings and I couldn't taste anything but the oil. I am quiet sure they were not fresh. After the first dissappointment, I was expecting the pizza to be really good.
But that came out as a second disappointment.
The vegetables were stale and tasteless.
However, the service was fine
I don't recommend this place at all

Me and my family came here to dine after seeing the Falls. Quality, taste, and freshness of the food was perfection. Wings are a must-try! Service was top notch and quick by our server Kyle. I wish I can give more than 5 stars. Excellent customer service and treatment! Highly recommend to dine here when visiting Niagara Falls.

Place is not good. Service was terrible. We were told on a Saturday night our group was too big to accommodate. It makes no sense since it's in a massive tourist attraction. I recommend go anywhere else but here. Very dissipointing, especially with children who wanted pizza.

Had a pizza and some drinks, Found centipede in the pizza. Called the server regarding that and she the killed the CENTIPEDE and wiped it and left. I was surprised, whats going on ???There was a a LIVE INSECT in the pizza and staff didn't bother about that. I called the manager, he knows there was insect in the pizza, he got very nervous when I said I will complaint about this. He offered me complimentary ice cream and all to settle this. I refused and left from there. I wish I could have taken pictures of that. It was horrible experience. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Staff, especially the waitress are very unconcerned and rude.

They are running a bad business, UNHEALTHY FOOD, you can found INSECTS IN THE FOOD...BEWARE especially if you have children.
