I have used other authorized Disney travel agencies in the past and Be Our Guest Vacations provides the best service! Our agent Sara is so much fun to work with. It was obvious she really cares about our vacations. She helped us pick the best cruise for our family. She actually convinced us to pick a cheaper stateroom than we had planned. At that moment, I realized she truly offers honest advice and isn't just trying to up-sell her clients! We loved our Disney Cruise and are trying to save money to go on one again. For now, we are headed back to WDW and Sara is doing an amazing job planning that trip, too!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jeanette! She was prompt in replying to all of our many questions, and answered each one with all the details needed to ensure that our trip was perfect. We will definitely be planning all of our future Disney vacations with Be Our Guest!

Leanette is the best! We booked a trip for a family reunion (14 people total) and Leanette created us a plan using all of our interests! We were able to walk into the parks and play. Leanette prepared us and made sure we understood how to enjoy the parks efficiently. THANK YOU!

Beth was an incredible travel agent. She was always quick to respond to all my questions. She is an expert and went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredibly well planned trip to Walt Disney World. My kids really want to go back to Disneyworld. Next time we do, I will call Beth!

Service is indirect:/ through email.
Doesn't not seem to offer the same planning tools, info or service that other agent groups do. I'd try someone else.i don't think anyone mans their phones even during regular business ours.
