Budget Car Rental

I have rented many cars throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth area. However, this location is the best. It is always clean and the staff are always courteous and actually greet you with a smile. They always answer any concerns or questions that I have pertaining to my rental. The only thing that would improve customer service is for them to pick up and return the customers.

This is the only place I go to rent cars. They make it so convenient. I tried using another company once because they offered what seemed like a good deal. Before the rental was completed, I walked out and got an uber to Budget! That's the only company I will use to rent a car from now on.

My favorite car rental place! We've used this particular Budget twice now and both times we were given an outstanding vehicle for a very reasonable price. We rented a full-size suv and received a Toyota Sequoia the first time and a Chevy Suburban the second. Both vehicles were in awesome/brand new condition. Customer service is fast and efficient.
