Swan Surgery, is an average establishment at best with a shoddy service, and incapable doctors.

Calls are barely answered, more serious problems are rarely resolved, and appointment times are always never accurate as the patients have to wait significantly more.

Not a surgery that I can recommend to anyone respectful of healthcare, or professionalism.

well after the two occasions I needed them...1st wen released after 10 wks in hospital after heart valve surgery...i requested a doc home visit as cudnt walk wth out wheel chair.i felt unwell..doc who instead rang to do his investigation cudnt understand at 52 why cudnt attend there.he was adamant I had to make appointment...i said i cudnt get there to see a doc hence home visit.ironically was admitted a few days later to wsh with pneumonia.

the 2 nd time after heart clinic .consultant sent letter to same doc changing my heart meds....guess wat 2 wks it was still there no call for me to arrange appt. i only found out wen my rehab nurse asked if I had taken adjusted meds. as until.i had I cudnt start rehab at hospital. that was friday.i rang to see if cud get prescription as was meeting said items.
receptionist said had to cum in to see doctor.explained was in Ipswich all week for next two weeks from 9 til 6 pm.she then had doc ring me to arrange appt.wich I asked b after 6 as wudnt b there til after.then and then told doc who'd b there cudnt prescribe as a locum. i got upset as needed these pills.

I hope whoever considers joining here takes these comments on board.cos wen I complained after 1st time I was told I'd not get an apology ...even after it took them seven ...yes 7 weeks to investigate n I had to chase why I'd not heard anything
