We stayed here 2 years ago with a group of 12 of us..... it was great (my parents, their 5 kids and 5 spouses. We had a great time. The place was perfect. Rural, yet close to town. Nice apartments and especially the common area ( which we rented separately). We were able to host Dutch relatives we'd never met before). Highly recommended. As I write this review, I'm headed back for the second time, this time with my wife's family - a group of 6 of us, and I'm really looking forward to it.
FOLLOW UP: 1 month AFTER staying there for the second time. It was just as nice as the first time. No, actually, it was nicer! This time, we used the bikes that the Vermeulen's made available. The cycling you can do within one hour of this place is unbelievable! What a treat. The apartment was terrific, and the owners were helpful without the sense they were always there. Highly recommend this place

Mooie omgeving, leuke speeltuin voor de kids en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Warm onthaal met een welkomstbriefje, koffiefilters en een pak koffie, chocolaatjes, thee, bedden opgemaakt, kortom: overal is aan gedacht. Aanrader!

My wife and I stayed at this residence from May 9-20 2016. The property is situated on a quiet back road with ample room to take walks along the many canals and see, smell and hear all the wonderful sights of farm life. The property is about a 5 minute drive to the center of Boskoop where you can buy your groceries for the stay. We found it a challenge to park as the lifestyle (healthy) is to ride your bicycle to town and ride it back with your food.
The apartments at Mona's (the proprietor) residence are just perfect. We had a unit with 2 EXTREMELY comfortable beds a clean bathroom, kitchen and ample space in the sitting area with cable TV. We were greeted by a smile and welcomed by Mona upon arrival. There is plenty of parking, easy access to all major routes and plenty of smiles by everyone who is there staying at the residence. If Mona ran another residence elsewhere Id stay there too. Thank you Mona again for a wonderful stay. Our best to you, Jos and your family and of course to your 2 beautiful dogs

They have everything you need and it was awesome until a rat was spotted in the night but that was taken care of and the whole experience was magical
